Baked Mediterranean Pollock

Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- Fish fillet (pollock) — 300 g
- Olive oil — 3 tbsp.
- Onion — 1 pc.
- Garlic — 2 cloves
- Capers — 4 tbsp.
- Tomatoes — 2 pcs. (or cherry tomatoes — 10-12 pcs.)
- Dried oregano — 2 tsp.
- Pitted olives
- Pepper — 1 pc.
- Parsley
- A wedge of lemon

Cooking process:
- Finely chop the pollock fillet and greens, add the yolk and wheat flour, mix well and add a little salt.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Form two cutlets, place on a baking sheet greased with oil and bake for 12 minutes.
- Place on a plate, sprinkle with greens, serve with spaghetti or mashed potatoes.
